Collection of Evidence for a New HQ/Cog Playground

With so much speculation about the possibility of a new HQ, it's about time that someone makes a list showing every piece of evidence indication there will be a new cog playground. So, I've decided to put together a list.
1. Both Cashbot HQ and Lawbot HQ have a city backdrop. In Lawbot HQ it's extremely obvious where the city backdrop is, as you can see it from anywhere, while in Cashbot HQ you can only see it through the windows of the train stations and the windows of the entrance to the boss battle. Notice that they both are on the same side of Toontown. Could a city be behind CBHQ, LBHQ, The Brrgh, and Donald's Dreamland?
2. Cashbot HQ is a train station. Could the four trains lead to anywhere? Will we ever get to ride them, or are they just a decoration/an obstacle to complicate getting across to the CFO.
3. Cashbot HQ has crates that say Cog Nation. While these could just mean the Cogs in general, is there a nation/big city of cogs? Could these be money made from the mints and delivered to CBHQ?
4. Since BBHQ has appeared on Test, every HQ has a manhole in it. Do the manholes lead to a new place, such as an underground HQ, are they a decoration, or do they allow access to the other 3 HQ's?
5. Upon defeating the CEO, the CEO says, "The Chairman won't be happy about this". This is also posted on the newsletter sent out in February. Could this be the boss/king of all cogs?
