I learned french in the 9th grade and I'm in 12th now. So I understood it. But that was nice of you Sandy to translate that for those who didn't understand it.

Cool! As I mentioned before this TTF news letter was anouncing Sellbot HQ opening on TTF... I checked TTF today - they're still not on! Plus even I had difficulties in starting TTF! O well... Hoping that it will be on before the end of September

actually you weren't wrong in spelling, I'll tell you why: the origines of the name of this dessert comes from the "Crunch in the mouth" - "croque en bouche" , but you often meet the anglicized version of this pastry product which is "croquembouch" letter "n" was replaced by "m" (actually I had no idea of that untill I checked it on google.com) So as you see, in fact two version of the same name are allowed. (but in France better use "croquenbouche" he he )

- but this is if by "croquenbouch" you ment a dessert, because in France it means something crunchy, plus it was a chain of shops selling sandwiches (not sure it exists anymore - personaly never saw it here though I live in France since 4 years) - this is what my french friends told me when I asked them about this word.
