Nice Pictures.

The "Save Zones" are a good idea, but how would the Resistance make a safe zone?

Useing the same strategy, couldn't you free all of Toontown?

I think their excuse is that they hide it from the Cogs' view.
Along with the story: The Cogs probably dont even know that there are some missing districts. If they hid all of the districts, the Cogs would have to look harder and then eventually find all the hidden districs. Then there would be no hidden districts
Not along with the story:That would ruin the story now wouldn't it?

Thanks for posting this. Although I don't quite get the "Ides of March." I can't understand what that has to do with Backstabbers.

Julius Caeser was assassinated. Tillius Cimber showed him a petition to recall his exiled brother. The other conspirators crowded Julius so he wouldn't run. Caesar waved Cimber away, but Cimber grabbed his dagger and assassinated him. This happened in March of 44 BC, and the conspirators were called "Ides". Apparently, the Ides stabbed Julius in the back, being (I think) senators, hence the Back Stabber storms. Sorry for the history lesson.
