Might I add how to get all the silver items?

Silver Shovel-Resetti gives it to you at the Resetti Surveillience Center(in the city)
Silver Slingshot/Rod/Net-Buy them from Tom Crook(seriously he is)
Silver Watering Can-Buy 50 seed bags from Tom Crook

Silver Shovel = Go to the right side of the city after 8:00 PM for a chance to be able to get into Resetti's Surveillence Center (Yay. I get to bug him even more.)
