I've been suspended....
Hello,
I've been suspended for the second time and this time they want me to call their office. Every time I call I get an answering service and have so far left 4 messages. No one is calling me back and I have no idea what else to try. It said on my log in page that unless I call this number regardless of whether or not my 72 hours have passed, my account will remain suspended until I contact them. I am getting REALLY angry as it's a bit hard to get into contact with someone that doesn't answer the phone!!! If anyone has had a similiar experience or knows of some way I can fix this, I would really appreciate a reply. !!!!

How come this doesn't say anything about when to call on the weekends? I just got this in an email
"If you need any further assistance, please call Toontown Member Services at (888) 332-1626 between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or Saturday and Sunday between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. You can also e-mail us at toontown@disneyonline.com. " I think you should probably add that, because i was under the impression that you couldnt call on weekends, and i had to email them to ask the hours to call during the weekends. |
