Speedchat shortcut keys??

I have searched all over and I can't beleive there is no answer to this. Is there a way say speedchat phrases with the keyboard? There has got to be. I have seen toons spit out speechat phrases very quickly. Almost so fast you can't read them sometimes. How do they do this?

The only way to talk with the keyboard is Chat. The blue button beside the green SpeedChat button.
I believe there is no shortcut for SpeedChat.

That's too bad. It would really be nice if I could use keyboard shortcuts to speedchat. In a tight situation, it's difficult to mouse around for the speedchat phrase I am looking for. There are too many of them to navigate quickly if you know what I mean. But thanks for the reply.
