Uhm. Question on the Parent Password.

Well, I haven`t played Toontown since...About 1 1/2 years ago? So I kinda forgot my Parent password. Since MapleStory got boring at my level, I wanna play again D: x_X So now, I`ve been trying every word I remember that me and my parents would use as a password, but I still can`t get it. Is there anyway to retrieve it? x_X Thanks for helping.

Call Disney: (888) 332-1626. Have account info ready.

Do you still have the original email you register with account?

If so, click forgot passport, which is under the login boxes. Put in Account Name and they will send your password to your email address, dunno how long it will take to get it though.

You can call, but you'll need all info about registration you can remember, as I wouldnt expect them to give out any info without being absolutely certain you are who you say you are.

Usually takes around 5-10 minutes from Disney.

On topic, that would be the easiest choice. You can go here if you want a quick link to "Forgot Password." The phone is usually a last resort to me becasue of the often confusion it causes and I just feel sorry for the people who have to man those phone lines. It's a hectic job and usually goes un-thanked. Though, you have to do what you have to do.

If it helps, I sometimes use the same password for just about everything I do. Forums, Email, etc. It helps keep me without having to remember over 10 passwords. Though, there are security problems with that choice so I wouldn't recommend it if you have other people going on your account and such.

Meh. I looked for the 'Forgot Passport' thingy, but I couldn`t find it. o_o... I know my regular password, just not the parent one, which I can`t find x_X

Like Mr Red Bull said, just go here to use the "Forgot Password" system.
