Is there a way to find out why your account is suspended?

My account just got suspended for 3 days and all it tells me is that me or my brother violated the house rules. My brother is being all defensive so i assume he said something to a sf that got us suspended.. Is there a way i can find out what was done?

If you want to find out what happened, you may email Disney requesting the Chat Logs. (toontown@disneyonline.com) They will reply back asking you some personal information, and then send you the chat logs. That's all they will tell you over the internet. Otherwise, you'll need to call them to get it unlocked. (1-888-332-1626)
