Problems with the SF/Parental Pass

Ok, I really need help here, so here it goes:

It's been years since I last played Toontown, back then you didn't need a Parental password, Which I never took notice of. And now, about 3~4 years later (I missed this game dearly, I couldn't get it off my mind) so I bought a game card, and now I'm playing again. But the problem sets here, now, when I try to make a SF the parental password pops up not, letting me make any. I really want to make so SF so I can go on a VP run with them, I've contacted Toontown over by E-mail, but all they reply is with "Please refer to the FAQ. So I checked but my problem is not found there either! I'm starting to get irritated, its been years so I doubt that my parents can remember the password at all! I've tried the "Put a blank space" trick, but I think they fixed that.

So my question is this, 'Is there any way to reset the code? Or anyway to get around this error?' Or anyway to get the pass back up here?

And if I could, I would use the pass to turn the darn thing off. -.-

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Also, if this is in the wrong section, sorry :S

CALL THEM.
When I got banned/suspended, they told me to call the following number:
(866) 993-6263, between 6am and 7pm Pacific, Monday through Friday.

They handle the online services division of Disney. I'd call them Monday, and explain the situation. They should be able to help you.

I had the same issue when I first joined TT because I wasn't asked to assign a parental password. When I went to use an SF code it asked me to put in a parental password - which I didn't have because it didn't ask for one. Turns out it was because I used PayPal instead of a credit card. In your case, you would not have used a credit card either. I emailed Disney and this was their response (which worked):

"Disney's Toontown Online currently only allows the creation of a parent
password and enabling the True Friends and Bi-Monthly Mailer features by
validating with a U.S. credit card. This is per COPPA guidelines (the
Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act, 1998), and is a legal
requirement.

If you have a U.S. credit card, you can validate your account from the
Toontown.com website by choosing "Member Services" then "Mail Options"
from the left side menu. This will prompt you to update your
subscription. There is no charge to your card for this purpose, other
than a $1.00 authorization that would fall off of the card's statement
after a few days."

Hope this helps you!

Well, I think you now have three options-

1. Try to think hard about what it might be. (pet, family member, work/school ect. )
2. Call Toontown or Disney and they might have a record of it.
3. You're going to have to live without secret friends.

I'm sorry I can't be of much service to your question like I am to many others about Toontown, but I can't really help you with this problem.

I hope you either get it or remember it again,
-Treehouse

Do you still have or remember the original email address the one that you registered with, your parent password would be one you use to sign in with to access your account details, etc, so (and im going by UK login here, although I would of thought its same for US), where you login in for toontown there should be underneath login, forgot password? if you click this and on next page confirm you account name it should send information to email address registered to that account name.

This then should give you your parent password for that account name. All you need to do then is login to that email adress and retrieve message from them.

How long they will take to send it though I cant say, they are generally slow at everything when it comes to communicating.

If you go to the homepage of TT there is a blue link that says "Member Services", under the big red Play button. From there "Passwords" is an option. When I click that I can edit both the log in password and the parent password. But when I signed up I paid with my credit card and was asked to make a parent password, so I don't know if that page will help you create one. You might give it a try, though.

Can you say me what are you reading here (Replace accountName by your accountName and password with your password in the link) :
https://account.toontown.com/standal...ame&p=password

DON'T past the playtoken value here or someone who knows how it works will be able to play on your account.

If chatEligible=0 then you'll not be able to activate chat. You'll need to pay with an other method.
If chatEligible=1 then you just need the parent password

18 is recognised age of an adult for most things, they won't count anyone of lesser age one i'm afraid.

I take it you had no luck with email adress and getting it sent that way.
