Toontown Subscription??

Well, I tried to get on toontown earlier but it was closed for maintenance now when I got on it says to not click on toon details so I get on and where it says to log on to a toon I only have my two middle toons to play and the others say Get a full subscriptiton. I think maybe this could have something to do with the maintenance. Anyway I go to membership services and payment options and it says "Your current subscription is: Annual: $79.95 for 12 months" does this mean that I don't need to pay?

Please help.

Unless something has gone wrong, it means your annual subscription has expired. This happened to me in the week as my debit card I registered had expired and I have a new card now. I went through the process of updating my details, but it said the same as you as in... "Your current subscription is: Annual: $79.95 for 12 months". Last time I only paid for 6 months. It would not offer me any alternative but to renew for 12 months, and when I contacted support by email it said I had to call them for assistance. It should offer you the option to pay monthly, 6 months or 12 months.See if you can find out when your last payment was. If not you can contact Customer Service at (888) 332-1626, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern Time. Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m Eastern Time.
