can't get on toontown
is anyone else having trouble getting into toontown says down for maintance?

If it's down for maitenance, it means that the game is closed for a short while whilst they're fixing bugs. That's why you couldn't get on.
It also means that it's impossible to go on Toontown until it's open again.
