Black cat

I felt like making a new toon today so i want to create a black cat i've seen some in toontown but when i was looking through the colors for my cat there was no black. I've seen other toons with a black cat how come i didnt have the black color?

You can only get a black cat on Halloween. On Halloween, create a cat. Once you get to the part where Flippy teaches you how to talk, say "Toontastic" and your cat will turn the color black.
