I was suscribed and now...
they say I'm a free member? My four toons on both sides are gone, but my sfs are still in blue on the middle ones but I can't chat. I don't know what's happened.. Is it that the payment hasen't gone through? Yesterday I was still suscribed etc. etc.. I know I have been paying the last few months.
Does anyone have an idea of what's happened?

Your subscription probably ended. That's what happens when your subscription has expired. Just renew it and you'll be able to chat and you'll have your 4 other toons back!

1. When did the subscription end? 2. When did you subscribe? 3. What type of subscription did you get?
