Can't find a certain cog

Hola.
I can't find a certain cog.
It is called a Penny Pincher.
I have looked everywhere and can't seem to find even one!
Do any of you know where I can find them? I need help =[

I have seen many of them in Minnie's Melodyland, if you keep looking you will be able to find one! Penny pinchers are a little bit more rare than other cogs. Just keep looking!

They are usually around the streets in TTC. They have red heads - always looked like eraser heads to me. Just keep running down all of the streets and switch districts if you need to.

Something useful when looking around for a specific cog (or really a specific type of cog) is the Player's Guide. On toontown.com, go to tips and tricks, players guide. Then neighborhoods (#13). Click on a neighborhood (ex: Toontown Central), click the "next" button, and you'll see pie charts of percentages of types of cogs on each individual street. I know that a Penny Pincher is a Cashbot (you can look in your Shticker Book on the "Cog Gallery" page if you're unsure), so I look for the street with the highest percentage of cashbots. In TTC, that street is Punchline Place. So I'd probably start my search there. Remember, you can always switch districts if you can't find the exact cog you're looking for--everything's the same, but the cogs you see (and cog buildings for later tasks) will be different. Good luck!
