I have been doing many factory runs lately and totally agree.
At first I was thinking it was just me, and that maybe I picked my whole fruit pie. However, when I was certain my whole cream pie gag was chosen the next time, it hadn't given it my 50% damage bonus. This gets particularly annoying when I solo long runs. I keep having to remind myself after I make the mistake. I loose laff when I shouldn't, and I like to keep my laff up as much as possible when soloing or with a toon-upless friend. This is not at all a rare bug. Every time I go into the factory (which is everyday now) I notice it not working. I doubt Toontown put it this way on purpose; it doesn't have this bug in mints, DAs, and CgCs. I would send a bug report. It's a problem for many toons and gets them confused. |

The lure bonus is programmed to work on the cog you "tagged", aka the one farthest right. Then, it works on the last cog you face in the set. For all of the other cogs, the bonus is completely random. Now if none of the cogs are getting the bonus, then there is a problem.
And in buildings, it's usually I believe the first set you face when you enter the floor. All of the other cogs that come from the elevator are not subject to lure bonus. Does that help? |

You might want to read my lure bonus thread, Lure Bonus: Strategies for Achieving Lure Bonus. The only thing I need to add to it is the lure bonus that takes place in the Cog golf in Boss HQ. I will be doing that sometime soon.

Hey, I was looking for that thread too. Forgot it would be found in that forum, I was looking in the tips, tactics, questions forum. I should know better.
And while I'm here, awesome guide Dogfather. And what is the differences in the CGCs? I don't recall really seeing anything different than usual in them. |

There are so many times I have seen toons try and destroy a lured skele level 11 with an organic cake and it not kick back. You must hit a V2.0 cog first. The Dogfather |
