You can't run two toons on the same account at the same time. If you do, the person who logged on first will be kicked off. Off topic: Kit T. Kat, how do you get your windows like that? I have a Vista so I know I can do it.

Hi, I got this to work correctly, but now whenever I try it one of the accounts crashes after about 5 minutes of playing them. Do you know what might be causing this?

The strain of runnning two at same time is great, and the memory leak doesn't help matters, I did seem the leak got a little better in recent months, I would say its got worse again though very recently.

I have 1.5gig mem, running with 2.8 dual core, and 256 graphics. after 2hours of running two I have little or no memory left, that gives you idea of where you need to be, and were not even talking busiest district here where strain would be higher.

Yea, it is very hard on your pc. I get laggey in non busy districts (when i run 2 test accounts) and here is what i got
Intel Centrino Duo @2.16Ghz
2 gigs of ram
4329mb page file
Nvidia Geforce Go 7600.
Approx total memory. 1016mb.

I would never venture into nr with 2 toons again. That made me ultra laggey.

My goodness... that's just ridiculous... at those numbers, you guys should be running a pretty smooth operation. Welcome to toontown I guess

Well toontown is a game that does use alot of your system's resources. Running 2 accounts makes you use double that amount.

And with what I've heard about POTCO, I wonder how bad you'd be if you tried running 2 of those accounts on one computer.

BTW, I use one account on each computer. 2 just really slows me down on any computer I've tried, so I'm not even bothering with that.

I dont think TT currently uses your pc's resources properly.

Like i always have to set TT to run on both cores everytime i start up. And it only uses less then 20% of my ram and never gets bigger.

How much is that?
Like 2,000MB?
Sorry I don't know what any of this gigabytes(sp?) or megabytes are or anything.
But I plan on getting 4 of something which is 4,000 something of memory.
Well anyways I only have 519MB or mg or whatever it's called.
I can work two accounts fine.
I guess more mg or mb or whatever it's called will help.

Thanks for the guide too!
