Lv.1 cog will make a bulding with a lv.4 boss
lv.2 cog will make a bulding with a lv.5 boss
lv.3 cog will make a bulding with a lv.6 boss

lv.5 cog will make a bulding with a lv.8 boss
lv.6 cog will make a bulding with a lv.9 boss

Not always. If you see a level 9 cog, the boss can also be a level 10. Only if the lowest is the level that you said, because cogs in a cog building can only be 1-3 levels under the boss level.

The 1st poster is right, the boss is ALWAYS 3 lvls higher than the cog that made it. The exception r cogs lvl 10-12. they always make lvl 12 bosses until higher cogs come out

Oh, he means the cog who made the building. I thought he means the cogs IN the building, like if you see a level 9 cog in the building that will make a level 12 boss. Sorry, i didn't understand, because i never look at the cog who made the building, and when im in the building and need a level 12 cog, i always check if i can see a level 8 or under cog, and then i know that the boss won't be a level 12 cog. Anyway what i said is right about the cogs in the building, not the cog who made the building. So if you go into a building and don't know what cog made it, you can try to find out if you see the levels of the cogs, they will always be 1-3 levels under the boss.
