You complete a gag track. Get all your points (all the way to 10,000) and you get the confetti and trumpets!

It's when you get your level 7 gag.To get your level 7 gag you have to earn 10,000 (I think) experience points from a gag track.Everytime you earn 500 points you get that gag again.

Well, 6 times...1 at the end of each gag track, but if you're like me, my PC lagged too much for me to see it at all...lol

He got the confetti because he got to the end of his gag track. EXAMPLE: got his wedding cake or gyser
