It's a toon that has low laff, but high gags or cog suits. For example..A 30 laffer with maxed throw would be an uber. Or a 20 laffer maxed in sellbot would be an uber.

Ubers are low laffers with high gags.I have one even.Just a toon maxed or almost maxed in there gags. Also...an sf told me that ubers have to have less than 40 laffs.If you have more all i say is.....that is why i invented ol' ubers. Same as ubers.....just means 41-60 laff ubers.I made it up a few days ago lol. But have fun with ubers!!!
