Is it still possible to transfer toons?

My friend tried transfering his toon to another account
a few months ago. He said it didn't work... O.o
Did it work for anyone else? I can't make another black cat. >.<

Yes, it is possible to transfer a toon to a different account. You need to e-mail disney at toontown@disneyonline.com, and tell them your desire to transfer a toon. Disney will require certain information regarding the two accounts, the toon's name, and if the toon in question has any true friends. If you have true friends, the true friend option on the account where the toon will be transferred should be turned on, or else you will lose your true friends. You will also lose your flowers and gag trees that are planted, but you will keep your laff boosts, and your gardening merits. You do, however, need to re-purchase your gardening kit. Just e-mail disney, they will give you all the detailed information that they require. It will take 2 business days to transfer a toon, once you have provided the information that is needed.

You can also try the live chat like i did, it took a few minutes and i got the toons in the new account. Its really faster than email.

Yes.
My friend in real life and on Toontown (ms sweetie candy gumdrop)
transferred her toon because two other people played on her account and it was difficult for her to play.
It took a little less than a week I believe.

They didn't ask me for any of this info, they just asked me about the account name and the password... Then a few minutes later i got the toons in the new account.
