Are they serious? (renewal question)

Hey all

I started a new account and was able to choose between monthly, semi, or annual payment. I didnt choose any. I went back to my old expired one and I dont have those options. I only have the option to resubscribe for a year. My dad doesnt have room on his credit card... He can only do a month for now... By the time that is done he can do a year.. but I dont have the option! Its frustrating! How can I fix this?

You probbably need to call Toontown Support. They help with most of the billing/technical support questions. I've never seen this before, so I can't really help you more than that. (1-888-332-1626)

If you pay by the year it saves your last selection and that's what it offers you. We just called them when we needed to renwe for 6months instead of 12.

It should tell you at the start, maybe you already have the monthly payment?

Hey guys

I called again and the person said I had to cancel my account so it wouldnt remember the previous subscription and signed up just for the month. I hope this helps anyone who has the same problem! I didnt lose any of my toons or progress either.
