why do ppl keep ending invasions i report when there not over??

This is really annoying. I'm sure people stop invasions on TIPS for selfish reasons when it's really stupid -- at any time there are dozens of buildings open :|.
If I see that an invasion lasted 1 or 2 minutes I'll head there anyway to make sure.

I think the TIPS system is really bad, it is easy to abuse. It needs a Moderator and a fake invasion reporting system.

What seems to be happening on a regular basis is people saying an invasion has ended and then reporting it again and again. If the owner of TIPs removed the list of toons who report the most invasions I think the amount of bogus and repeated reports would go down.

All you need to do is display who reported and who ended the invasion.
Almost all of the fake reporting/ending would stop if it wasn't anonymous. The problem is getting the attention of the TIPS developer... he hasn't updated the district list in ages, I don't think he's interested in TIPS anymore tbh

I don't know if TIPS still works well or not. The email notification is useless. I get about 40 emails a day reporting invasions that never happened from people fooling around. If one of these invasions is genuine, there's no way for me to know! Plus, whenever you report somthing genuine, it always seems to get ended rapidly. I don't know if it's just people with no life who spend their time ending invasions people have reported or people abusing it.
Plus, the invasion reporting has doubled since LBHQ. The top district is pretty much always being invaded, and these invasions only usually last for about 5 minutes. Even if you needed a pencil pusher invasion, it will have switched over to short changes before you make it online. Does anyone know if Disney still triggers invasions, or is it all user-triggered now? Nevertheless, invasion triggering abuse has destroyed the concept of an invasion. When will the CJ learn to keep those kinds of papers in a safe???
