It's not a major release. I'll add a lot of new pictures to the GUI and the flag system in server-side anyway mostly.

I could make it so that there would be no need for a TIPS client and users would only need to visit a website to get an invasions list, but I would need a very basic Windows Dedicated Server with only 256MB of RAM (I only have Linux Dedicated Servers) and I would have to learn a bit of Python. Also I would need someone to donate a Toontown account (24/7/365) since Disney doesn't accept Paypal. Well they do but they only accept it as a payment processor and I cannot pay via the funds in my Paypal account.

All of this makes it hard to create, plus there's always the very small chance of getting sued by Disney so... I don't know.

I have some windows VPS's server 2003. And I have one dedicated windows with server 2003. If you want to borrow i can help you out.

But on the dedicated im hosting my game servers on there and VPS's im letting a friend borrow but i can get it up 4 u.

I can buy a VPS myself.

The thing I need is a Toontown Account. Also even if I were to get a Toontown Account there is no guarantee that this would work. I have ZERO Python experience and even if I were able to sucessfully make it actually work I could face legal problems with Disney. Plus once Disney finds that a toon is automatically switching districts every 3 seconds then the Toontown Account could be terminated and I could be IP banned anyway. Plus I will only take on a project if I make at least 100% in advertising revenue to cover the costs for the project. Since Toontown is a family game, I would not even be able to place any advertisments on the webpage where the list is hosted and if I did I would have no chance of even getting an affiliation with a major Toontown site which would basically shut down the site before it's even launched.

Sorry but it would take too long to make and there's too many risks associated with starting up this project.

My programming To-Do list is already sky high and I don't think I want to add another major project to the list anyway.

Well.. I think u should stop working on TIPs I mean hardly anyone uses it. I would advise you to work on something else.

Where did I say I was going to abandon it?

TIPS is at a stage where nothing can be added to it. If you have a viable suggestion then tell me and it'll probably be added, but since there's no ideas, there's no reason to do anything.
