You do not know what you are talking about.
You don't script you must know a coding language like VB 6,C+,C++,C#,or VB.net.

Then you would need to make a "Form" and code the rest in like the Sockets,mainIN,etc.

Well HTML and all that is Web Coding.
So either you can use that to make it on a browser that is easy but yet exploitable. Or you can code it out then put it inside a "Form" in VB 6.

I highly doubt that TIPS is federally and legally copyrighted, but it is always good measure to ask the creator for premission. (::Quick::)

Why? Whats wrong with current one. And TBH no one hardly uses what's there, just not enough random invasions for it to big use anymore, and because they are summoned by toons when there are, they are 6-10mins, which ,eans by time you get to dist, and get going it could be over.

In old days with 10min-2hr invasions poping up TIPS was fairly High demand, now i don't think it is.

So no from me, current works fine enough when I bother to load it.
