I don't think it never got enough people to actually report but no more than a few an hour. And I think at this point in time, it's dead.

I think it doesn't work anymore due to the lack of people.
And, they quit updating and fixing it.

But, some toons still report, but only few.

+ppl just have fun with it - its meant to help with your tasks - they'res no point rudhing to a district for no reason because someone made a false report!!
