Nutty River Rampaging

I just got 3 false reports in A ROW in Nutty River. I reported the correct invasion, but that just confused people more, I guess.

I also have a question;
How can you report someone?
How can you tell who's doing it?

After 5 mins of using it...there were so many false invaisons reported and not one true...So I do not use it.

Plus I had problems reporting invasions in general...
Isn't TIPS thinking of automatically reporting invasions?
Or is that a form of botting?
