toontown invasion pager

I use Toontown pager. However since the inception of Law HQ, most of the invasions occur in Nutty Hills and since access to districts is limited numerically, it appears futile to report cog invasions to Nutty Hills. However, I would like to report invasions to other districts when they occur but not all of the new districts are listed. Please add.
