Is TIPS still being developed?

There have been tons of posts about things that could be improved and I've never seen any kind of official response. No posts at all since Dec. 21st 2005 in fact. Is Greg still around or has he abandoned this project?

If he is still around is there any plans to improve/enhance TIPS?
How about updating the District list?

I read some of Greg's old posts and discovered he doesn't even play anymore and relies on us to keep him up to date on district changes.

you said what is welcome valley (test) I dont know why he uses welcome valley instead of saying test town which is one of the district names there but that was to inform test players which there still are test players, lol anyhow I had the same questions when I first became a TT fan.

the welcome valley(test) means the welcome valley district on the test server--test.toontown.com

it says (test) to separate it from the welcome valley on the open server--toontown.com


if you look on the list of districts on TIPS it has 2 welcome valleys one is for the open one is for the test
