i need to know where in the usa in dupo illnois and i need to know what time zone well that be and is there a way i can get paged on toontown while playing so i don't have to open tips on the internet.

I have no clue bout Illionis but do you mean you wanna be on TT and TTC on same time? If that's what your talkin 'bot then go to options, go to "Display" and click "change" then press "In a window" and there ya go.
