I'm confused

I'm not sure if this has been answered somewhere, but....When I logged on today my toons name was in the old font, the one from all these years. Now I went to my cattlelog to see if the one I was given a few days ago was there to purchase, and it was but I had already purchased it. But I don't have it?? I'm stuck in Trial mode, have been since day one of this. Is that why I have the old font, because I'm not a subscriber?? I'm so confused, and annoyed that I am stuck in trial mode everyday.

Another thing I noticed was when I went to send a bug report to them about what I saw with the fonts, the report a bug button on the bottom did not work??? I use the new Vista launcher, even on my XP computer. Its just a faster log in. Could it be because I am on trial mode?? Anyone else not able to send in a bug report??

I'm on a macbook. Brand new -about 2 weeks old.

I, too, have only been on trial. With a mac its similar launch as Vista. I was able to send a bug report yesterday. I asked why I am so lucky to always be on trial mode and what exactly they wanted my toons to be testing?

I tried to make a new toon. It told me what toon to pick, what color, and what name. Any deviation from that, and I would be told I have to subscribe.

I can't answer to being unable to send a bug report. But yes, when you are in trial mode you get your old default font back. When you are no longer in trial mode, you should have the font that you purchased back.

I am also stuck in trial mode and have been for 5 days now. I run Vista. I tried yesterday to use our old computer (with XP) to play, but the video card can't keep up with the game and I keep locking up. So all I can do is wait for Disney to fix the Vista incompatability issues.

The vista launcher seems to be keeping ppl in the trial mode. Try using the web one, and let us all know if you have your full account back! I'm on full access every other hour. (Even hours central time) If I am signed in, I stay on full access.

I believe the Mac Launcher also has the free account lockdown problem as I'm still on trail mode all the time. I don't use the web launcher anymore.

Well as far as the old launcher goes, I can't use it on my XP computer anymore. It is so slow to load and it just doesn't work. I saw they released the fonts to open today, I went to go check it out and noticed that they were "Closed for Maintenance". Doesn't surprise me since they didn't give us enough time to test out the new features with the fonts, since they started this Trial Mode thing! Seems like Disney is really hoping that once VMK closes, all the people playing that free game will come here to play for free. Good luck!

My new computer came with vista, so how do I go about loading test with the brown dog? And if i can't, does this mean that i will no longer be able to use my test account?

I used to be able to open IE and type in the address: Toontown.com to bypass the Vista launcher. Now, when I try that, it makes me download test again and then the Vista launcher pops up. I don't know if that is just my computer, or if everyone with Vista is getting that.

You can use your test account, but you will be stuck in trial mode until they are done testing the new trial/or until they make an adjustment. It seems that they always have problems with new things and Vista. Eventually, they do fix it, but keep sending in bug reports to keep reminding them that it needs to be addressed.

Disney has restored all test accounts to normal with tonight's update.
