Chicago would be central time.
Pacific time is 2 hrs behind Central time
8 am pacific is 10 am central.

Pacific time is 3 hrs behind East Coast time
8 am Pacific is 11 am Eastern.

I'm unsure what time zone you are in, from the way you posted your original post.
