Just to get myself back into the Test Spirit, I thought a fun thread would help! The following quote is what gave me the idea for what I will call "THE SKIP FAN CLUB".

I think thats the curteous thing to do but I dont think you can really blast people for not being curteous. Either people are or there not and you cant shame them in to being.

I also think this voip stuff for sure interfers with your concentrations. Its like the same things as talking on a cell while driving and studies have shown accidents are more likely then cuz your just not paying enough attention. Also I agree with the people who said it makes people not in the conversation feel like there intruding. The people "in" don't think we can tell, but we can.

Most know Skip is my best friend on Toontown, so I will start with why I am a big fan!

Skip is one of the sweetest Men I ever met, if not the sweetest! He goes out of his way to help anyone on test or open for that matter. I cannot count how many times we stopped what we were in the middle of due to him getting gags and running into small toons needing help!

It's common knowledge he's not a fan of CJ or CEO, but if anyone would ask he'd be there in a flash!

He also has the worst lure, I can't even count how many times that lure got me into single digets, but in doing so I have never laughed so hard when RL seems to be taking it's toll!

He's not only my best toontown friend, he is really to me a RL friend. Doesn't matter that I know very little about him, he's always there to listen when I need it the most!

Remember this is for fun! Please have fun with it, my intentions are to lighten the Test mood after last weeks problems!

He is really nice and helpful. I'm not big on asking for help with anything, but the times that I have asked for help, he always showed up. That is really amazing to me, considering that he and I aren't friends. He is a very special person.

I am a big fan of Skip. He has always been here for me. Skip made me feel welcomed on test. He introduced me to other testers and made sure I felt right at home. I know there have been times when he had to push me cause he knows that crane still freaks me out. But Skip also listen when I say I can't try today. I could have never made it as far as I have without your help Skip. There has been many times when Skip has come onto the game to help me and some others CFO or VP. Thank you Skip cause I know some of those times you stopped what you were doing in RL to come. You are a real team player and you are also a great friend on or off the game! There are lots of things I could write about Skip. AND I can ALWAYS count on Skip to have me seriouslly ROFL. OOOOOOOOH and the best part I LOVE about Skip's fan club is he told me when we first met there was no drama! WOOOHOOOOO! I know I am a huge fan!

OH okay, I came up with one! I was so honored when he deemed me toon enough to become one of his SFs. Granted it was on a toon he only plays during boss marathons but still he made space on his toon panel for me.

His lure----Lila and I now ask if we borrowed lure from Skip when one of ours fails consistently.

Seriously, Skip is a great example of what Disney wanted toons to be. We are very fortunate that he gives us our time and energy to make test a truly awesome place to be.

hmmm skip club fan that I am he is very helpful in everyway I learn alot from skip like how to let my lure miss lol I known skip for a long time and he was always there for me I can always count on him and some of the others and yes Joyce is right when our lure misses I ask her if she's taking training lessons from skip lol or I tell her she's been hanging with skip to long lol but overall skip is great if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be maxing my toons lol btw skip Angelique is up for a laff in sell and when she gets her 8900 buxs she'll be up for another laff and want you to be there when she does it lol she'll be hw 30 and rb 15 woohoo

Geee thanks! But I really wouldn't wanna be in a club that would have me as a member even! I'm a fan of ALL the test players! (especially Di, who puts up with me when I'm NOT the tooniest, and somehow knows when cogs will jump, and is SWEET AS PIE!)

2ND WORST Lures on test, Skip is always helpful- whenever you need someone he seems to be right there. I'm sure there's no stopping him!!!

With the added comments about Skip's lure and whose borrowed it. I'd have to say after playing with Lila a few times on open last week, she's really tops on borrowing
This is my favorite SS of when we were building Sweetie and Royal pain, can't top this one, he had me at 1 laff and saying as each cogs hit me that I better not go green!

Di, don't worry about Skips lure anymore. Remember we gave him lessons in the mint today on how to use it!!!! Just make sure he pulls those notes out before you need him to use lure and it will be fine!!!

hey my lure rocks lol it only misses when I'm playing with skip I swear he switches my lures with his lol

Skip.. um, what to say about Skip? Well, first of all I was a Skip fan before I was a Skip friend. My first uber, Huckleberry, kept encountering these black and periwinkle cats who would wave and offer encouragement. It took me quite a while before I connected all the toons. We became friends and when ever needed, he would show up with his lure.... and Di with her tu. (Yeah, Di's tu. But she did eventually learned to keep her pixi dust dry.)

I am happy to call them both friends.

Hmmm....Skip....Well I haven't really gotten the chance to really get to know him, but I have seen him around, and when he does see me he usually waves. From the stories of the funny lure missing....it's sounds like an absolute blast to watch ur life flash before ur eyes....I luv playing with everyone of you here on test.....but I can say I miss the good ol days before boss came and everyone was on test and you seen lots of people around and more than 1 or 2 loads of people going for the all bossbattles, sometimes not even enough to cj. I would be proud to be a memeber of the Skip Fan.

Skip is an amazing person, who is always ready to help anyone out if he can. His strategies are very useful (unless they involve him luring :P). I'm not one of Skip's friends in-game, but I promise you I can probably be found where he is. (even when he doesn't realize it. XD)

I hear you've helped him with the lure, how's that working for ya'? I must
admit I've borrowed it a couple times, and it's not for the faint of heart. ~.^
