That was lots and lots of fun. Thanks for the ride - Boy, I needed 31 merits, got those on the street and ran home, got my lvl7 trap and did a quick laff with doodles. I made it to the VP with 17 seconds to spare.

I had alot of fun to I only bought philly blue cat in because it was a last minute thing a couple ask me to log on and I didn't have time to check my other toons lol 17 seconds that's good timing

I assumed it was because the testers were so great, we almost always win?

I saw Colonel Chocoluck on the street, sorry I ran past you. I was hurrying to the pit and was being a bad tester. I was also hurrying because I had to leave the house for an appt as the battle was ending.

I went into the the VP as a 36- to answer your question.

Nice thread, but think I have to agree with Skip, guess I'm getting Lazy too, I have enough trouble keeping up with reporting open runs I make.
Will be fun to read, but can't say I have the time to report sometimes 4 battles a day! That means less time to play? LOL I already cut that in half, but will enjoy reading others reports!

I wholly understand all that was mentioned. I know I won't be able to post all my battles, but it is fun to read about the hairy battles we sometimes get into, like the CFO with five toons and we lost one in the craning battle. And I mean we lost them in the closing seconds, because I heard the plaintive cry just as a red goonie did the CFO in. I was really unhappy for that toon and can't remember who it was, but it was heartbreaking. The place got swarmed with red caps and we all know 5 toons play every facet in the craning battle. We stomp, we crane and we protect and that is total teamwork. With 5 toons, you pretty much have to look after yourself without getting someone else into a difficult situation, such as stealing treasures behind the craners, which to me is an absolute NO NO!

I'll do what I can about posting and won't fret if others can't/won't do it.

Seems Toontown was feeling comical this morning during schedule VP siding two smaller toons during Skelcogs. Sorry Wonna Duck, we tried so hard to hurry through cogs to help, both throwing tu unites as we got over to your side, just wasn't fast enough!

Went to the morning vp this morning to find only Wonna Duck and Di in the pit, and really didn't want to see the ducky not get to go, so we got on IM and got a good crew together.

After working himself up from RB26 after Cashbot was delivered to open, Colonel finally made his last mint trip for getting ready to max last week. He stood out of an elevator Friday night to let a RB16 or so go. It was the proper thing to do as a growing toon has priority as far as he is concerned. Oooooh - what a sweetie. LOL

VP'd this am about 9 am today. It went flawlessly. It was a bit scary seeing the notice that test was going down in 15 mins.
I was surprised as usually the VP is so glitchy during renovations.

Here is a picture of my first CEO victory. I barely made it. After loosing connection twice. Our group lost most of the toons only 3 were left. More than half way into the the seltzer bottles, I was chatting with a friend when the CEO bumped into me and I glitched to some unknown location, gray area. I wrote Im stuck, tried walking towards their names and hoped they would finnish. My poor toon doesnt look as pretty as usual.

The waiter battle was a total nightmare. After conferring with several of them, it appears everyone of us were having some difficulty with our camera angle/views. Most of the time I was viewing the opposite set of toons and the cogs. Now how can I support the toons I'm with if I can't see what they are selecting and to whom it is being directed? I can't and I felt so absolutely helpless. To do the wrong thing is almost, if not, worse than doing nothing, so I chose to do nothing until I could do it correctly. My, but this is awfully hard on the ego to be such a large toon and can't help your fellow toons.

We did survive that battle and went into the waiter tables and removed all but 3 cogs (CR's). The seltzer bottle battled showed us a CEO that was turbo charged and flying around. I was on the golf tee and trying to hit him was a challenge that I found interesting as well as requiring fairly accurate skill at aiming for a lead on his movement. My lead on him was correct for most of my hits scored. We did slow him down considerably in the first 2-3 minutes and then he stalled on the middle front table where the seltzers hit him relentlessly. I had jumped off to assist in that because I was sure that 2 golfers could keep him from speeding back up again.

Excellent job in the most unlikely CEO I've ever been involved in.
