I used to have TWO test accounts...

I have two paid accounts and had two test accounts, my kids and I had six toons on each. We weren't able to play for awhile because we moved and only had dial-up. I remember ages ago they did an update to test where they changed the passwords and I wasn't able to log on after that. I tried to sign up for test again and it told me that I already had a test account. When I try to log in with either of my accounts, one has no toons on it and the other only has two of our old and tiniest toons on it. This account only lets us go to Toontown Central and it has the "Sign-up" logo at the bottom of the screen. I guess maybe I should call Disney to find out what is going on. I am wondering if anyone else had this happen, losing their test toons, etc.

Anyone remember Mrs. Darcy and Bubble Maddie? That was us, but I guess we are gone now. We were originally on test before the first cog headquarters came out. It was fun. I hope we can get on again.

Have you paid recently for the game? If you were on automatic billing and the date on your credit card expired, then both accounts would have been reset to the Free status due to non-payment. Are the two available toons the upper and lower center ones?

Yes, both of my paid accounts are up to date. We have been playing regularly on both of them. And yes, the two toons that are left on one of the test accounts are the top and bottom middle toons. It seems strange that I can still sign into the two test accounts, but one account has no toons left and the other only has the two.

Well you could call disney, and have them transfer your toon back to the second account.
Or did you mean you wanted all your toons back? If thats the case then I have no idea what to do.

I would love if I could have all of my test toons back, but not sure if that is possible. I am confused because it appears that I still do have two test accounts, but one has no toons left on it and the other only has the two left, plus the second test account limits my toon to staying in Toontown Central and tells me I need to pay, which makes no sense at all. I guess I could try making a new toon on the one account that has no toons and see if that toon can go beyond Toontown Central.

Sorry if I am not explaining this properly. I just wondered if anyone else had the same type of problem.

I think you can get them back. Are you logging on with your open log in? If so, you need to add _test to it .

example open log in toon
test log in toon_test

try that, then hit forgot password... but make sure your email is updated to a current one.

Thanks...

This is the exact convo I was looking for. Used to test. Haven't since cash came out. All my toons are gone. I would pay to get my toon back but not to start over. Have 2 accounts on open. Could never pay unless I could get my dottie back.

You could also try speaking to live chat via computer or customer suport via telephone. Disney is sometimes able to resurrect toons that have been dormant for many years.... not always, but sometimes.
