I just did my first CEO. I followed everyones lead, (all but one other toon had been in there before), and jumped onto a table for the last element. But I couldn't figure out how to use the seltzer bottle; that is until I jumped off the table and back on again, the screen changed and I was about to make my first shot when we won. Oof! I think we press Control or Insert, not really sure though.

Control will make the meter go up, release it and water will spray. You have to track where he is though - he moves around so you can hold control down to get the meter going while you follow him.

I've heard ppl dropping hints of being able to wack him with a Golf Club during the Seltzer round, too...
Is this true?

Yes, it is, which slows him down, but doesn't do any damage.
