Test... I've got a problem -.-

Ok, I've had a test account for a long time, and then I quit for two years on my real account. Now, I play again, and I had to change my username and password for whatever reason, and now when I use them on the test website, it tells me my free trial is up... -.- I have a paid account, so why is this happening?

If you do it with you regular log in information you'll get that.

You typed your username as "Yourusername_test" right? Because I remember having a separate password as well.

If you don't remember your test password, or are not sure if your account exists anymore just click the forgot password link and type YourUserName_test" if it says Incorrect ID it got deleted, or you never had one. If it says something else you have one and go check your email.

EDIT: Try your old username, not your new with what I said above. I just found out I have two test accounts.

hmmm your login should be openaccountname_test and they (Disney) generated the password. I received and email from the test folks when that was changed. If you have not played for two years maybe your test account was dropped. Contact Disney.

... for some reason, they aren't emailing me my password -.- It kinda worked though. I told them I forgot my password, did "Username"-test, and they said they emailed it to me... but I still haven't gotten it... at least my test account hasn't been deleted

Please somebody, I need help to get onto test and I desperately want to see BBHQ for myself... despite how bad or good it may be. That, and I want a test toon for future things. So, please don't overlook this thread, and if you can tell me the answer to my question, please help!

Call the customer service TT number and tell them your old username for test. They were able to give me my password over the phone and update my email for me.

It's possible that they deleted your Test account. Try getting on Live Chat and asking if your Open account has a Test account linked to it.

I still have my test account, cause whenever I try to sign up for 1 it tells me I have one. At least it's there

What is the Toontown Service Phone Number thingy, I've been searching the site for ten minutes, and I still can't find it -.-
