help?

i have been a member of test a while, but stopped playing last year, and want ot get back into it, it accidentaly got deleted, and i forgot my user and password, and the email i used to sign up, any way i can retrieve this?

Well, after your account is deleted I'm afraid there is no way to get it back. You can try speaking with Toontown's Live-Chat or calling them for the information on your account but I don't think there's anyway I know of that's going to be able to revive your account if that's where you're heading.

Call the customer service number for TT. I had the same thing happen. I didn't know my pass and the email I had when I signed up no longer existed. Over the phone, they ask you a million questions to make sure you are who you claim to be, but they were able to set me up right over the phone.

Sorry it took me so long to reply. Live-Chat is where you may talk to an employee from Toontown who may answer all your questions on the computer. When Live-Chat is open, you will be sent there by clicking here. When it's not, it will just be a page from the FAQ.

I've never really tried Live-Chat, but I hear it's very resourceful. I do not know the times when they are open, and I don't think it's a random.
