i dont think its able to auto renew, except on monthly. mine didnt auto renew after a year. go to upgrade account. pay with a credit card and itll take about 1/2 a second to be back on TT.

Mine has been auto-renewing for years. Make sure that you can log onto Open. Is it possible that the expiration date on the credit card expired?

Do you have a test account? Meaning did you get the email from Disney with the new log in and password?

If you log on to test with your open account information, you will be on the "trial version" of TT. You will not get to leave TTC. This is not the same as having a test account. When/if Disney accepts you to the test server, they will send you an email, letting you know your new Log-in and password, that are only for the test server. As far as the unlimited play with a trial account, yes... you do not just have 3 days like it used to be, but you are stuck in TTC, can't make SF, and a whole lot of other restrictions. Paid subscriptions have always had unlimited play time.
