I was talking to Whitney (toontownfntc) online and we were having a conversation that I need opinions on. Replies a.s.a.p. would be appreciated!!

horse*******: OMG i got on test when i got home and i am SOOO worried...we are way behind. lbhq i coming NEXY MONTH and we are both only 25rs and i find that kind of a problem

ohSNAP*******: yea. . . but we could still do it if we have nice toons whitney i mean test is all bout bein friendly and stuff and they no that we want to test the new stuff along with them so if they have a heart, they shouldn't mind, and should help us win the lbhq mint or factory or w/e they are going to call it. Plus, i know its going to be really hard on account of its going to be harder than cbhq but we should be able to get help so i don't know how much of a problem that's going to be!!

ohSNAP*******: well they know it's test and they know that there are a lot of newbies to it, and should understand that there is bound to be some stubborn people who can't wait for other people to find out they want to be the first. they have to understand that everyone (even the little guys) are going to want a say in the matter if anything goes wrong, and a piece of the action. I mean, how could they not get that. Plus, people on test are EXTRAORDINARILY nice much nicer than open, and we havn't yet experienced the people on test during a new hq. so i don't think either of us can be completely sure in what we say, however, i do think we could still do it, even if we're only 25's!!

Well....let me tell you how the Cash HQ made things in test. My daughter and I have Test accounts My toon was Maxed on gags and was around 108 laff when Cash HQ opened. My daughters toon was a 36 laff monkey and she was shunned. Untill I got on the fourms here and posted that she knew what she was doing because she had played on my toon. It turned out that even at 36 laff she was the best darn goon stomper you could have in the Magnet battle. I suggest you get you laff up because the Law HQ should be harder than Cash and there are people that want to win even in test. Test is not a perfect world by any means and some of the same things still happen even in the test server. After everyone gets use to the new HQ more lower laffers will get a chance. But Higher laffers will be more welcome than a low laffer. I hope they open All the HQs up like they did last time where there were no suits or merits/bucks needed it was a free for all and many have maxed Sell and Cash suits.

I'm not exactly sure what you are asking. I have said before that if Disney allows 25 laff toons into the new HQ, who am I to shut them out. As long as you pull your own weight, which if you work your gags (sully83 is an AWESOME mentor), you should be able to get them better before it opens. I will also tell you that I don't plan on carrying new toons through the new HQ constantly, and will go mostly with friends and other people that have been working on their toons, as I am assuming that it will be tougher than cash and it took us quite a while to figure that one out. If this one is harder than the last one was, we may NEED 4-8 toons with maxed gags to win.

If you see one of my toons running around and need help, don't hesitate to ask me. I'm almost always willing to help people out, unless I have committed to something else prior to being asked. You will find that most testers will help any toon in need of help.
