Yesterday morning's CFO
A friend on test told me a dissappointing story today. He did his test noob toon's first VP Friday morning, and stoked from that, went to do his first CFO. Said 3 toons were there, who welcomed him. Others started
arriving, and eventually, a 9th player showed up, evidently a s/f of some already there. At that point, the previously friendly players "stinked" him and told him "No thank you" with regard to him doing the CFO with them.
Fortunately, he is an adult and was able to laugh it off, but what irks me is that he could have just as easily been a child, for all they knew.
That's pretty disgusting. Anyone want to step up to the plate and explain why you believe that acting like mean, inconsiderate jerks on test is appropriate and should be tolerated?
Please do...and afterward, let's go to test and do the CFO together. I may be 114 lp there and 117 lp here, but I really do stink at this game--I've just gotten lucky a lot is all. You think he stinks because he doesn't have astronomical laff points? Wait 'til you see me in action, despite my maxed gags and laff points. You might get a whole new appreciation of what stinks in TT when I'm backing you in a battle. I stink, and I'm proud of it--there aren't that many of us stinky maxed toons around.
BTW, I have one saving grace...I am fairly observant of behavior and interactions between players, and I've learned as much or more from observing the mean players in TT as I know about how to really play the silly game. So much so that I've pretty much become a TT version of a mafioso hit-man. I almost enjoy making mean players go sad--which is not something I'm really proud of. It's a shame that a topic such as this even exists in a forum about a Disney-created children's game. Fortunately, I only use my talent for ruining a mean player's day on dweebs that beg for such attention. Sadly, I've observed enough of this nonsense to know that the young children playing TT aren't the one's who behave like miscreants, although it would be easier to comprehend the reason for it if they were. It's teens and adults. I said "sadly" because, let's face it, you gotta have some serious issues about your own self-worth if you get your jollies by being mean to other players, especially knowing that many of the TT players are young children.
But, sad though it is, don't hold your breath waiting for pity from me. Let's do the CFO, and I'll treat you to the great techniques I've picked up while CFO'ing with some of the class acts we deal with so often on the open server. It's amazing how many ways there are of making other players go sad in TT! It might be an enlightening experience for you--to see how long your laff points and un-maxed gags will sustain you in a CFO cog battle with one of my "big" toons by your side.
The toons who snubbed him were ignorant--I assume that they are rather new to both test and the game in general. Had they the knowledge or sense enough to look, they would have noted that his gag levels were higher than those of some of the s/f's they were with, despite them having more laff points than he.
Think it through, Einsteins...which will serve you and the others you are teamed with better--having a few more laff points than your teammates, or having gags that can actually do some damage to a Level 11 or 12 Cog? Geez...I'm a self-admitted stinky player, but even I can do that math.
If you haven't got the intestinal fortitude to "out" yourselves here, PM me. I won't divulge your names. I just wanna toy with you in the CFO for awhile.
