what's test exactly do u have to pay for it or do u even get to plsy with people online on Reg. toontown?

Its just like regular Toontown only you get to test things that have not been realeased on open yet. Hope this helped!

You can get test when you have regular toontown. All you need is parent pass and wait until Toontown accepts you and then BAM! Your in test toontown. Test toontown is separate from reg.
