Does anyone else see this on test ??

In test town (in tt central) running down the streets,and it looks like lightning flashing on the sides of the buildings (not all the buildings at once) just certain ones.I though it was because of my lcd monitor but,i havent noticed it on open though.It's wierd but cool also (it looks like its gonna rain in tt lol ) I tried taking a screenie,but it flashes to fast,and i'm not that quick lol.

There is also a light flashing on the West (?) catwalk in the Factory. I've noticed it every time I run the factory.

No one answered,so I was about ready to kick my laptop lol.The wierd thing is,I don't notice it on my desktop (it's not lcd screen though) Don't know if that's the reason or not
