Test account problems?

Is anyone else having trouble logging into their test account. I just tried to log into an account and it is telling me there is a billing problem. My open account is fine was renewed last month on the yearly plan. I hope this is a bug. I just played this account a few days ago and it has my oldest test toon nobunny but me on it would hate to lose her.

Send Disney an email to have this rectified as soon as you can. I've had friends with similar issues and they were back on test within one week.
