Negative Toons?
Did you ever run into a negative toon? I know I hadn't until I came to test.
The question I have is, if a negative toon and a positive toon meet, do they cancel each other out?  I tried to change to that district and got reset and bounced out, so I guess I will never find out! I did file a report on this so that perhaps the devs can figure this mystery out.
