Problem downloading updates

Has anyone else had this problem: I was able to play my test account yesterday, but after I got home from work today, I logged on and got to the downloading updates page and it hangs. After a very long wait, I "x" out of the page and get the error code that the program is not responding, and then explorer asks me if I want to send an error report. I sent a problem report to TT, but as usual, they are not responding. I've rebooted my computer, tried several times to get past the update page with no luck. I have no problem playing my open account....hmmmm

I didn't have any problems with this last update, but have had trouble in the past with test. I wound up having to uninstall and reinstall test.

I had to do something with the active X ... but i don't remember what. I think that if you try to go to live chat, but make sure you are on the test one... that is where they walked me through how to fix the issue i was having. There may be more info on this in the computer technical support forum. Hope this helps

That happens to me with reg toontown! It x's for a while but u have to wait alot!

Dial-up: about 15-20 mins
DSL: 3-5 mins
Cable: 4-6 mins
Broadband: 10-12 mins

This is my prediction! I know the dial-up thing is right.
