New accessory prices..
Um, ouch? The old 1000 ticket accessories now cost 5000, and if 8k wasn't enough for the Roadster, they've raised the price to the even better.. 15k.
Oh, and rather than having the trophies rewarded at 1, 5, and 10 races, we now have 1, 10, and 100 races. I like a good challenge, but I do have other things to do, like try to get the merits/cogbucks when they've already nerfed them a bunch. I'm done racing for a bit. I can get monotony elsewhere if I really want it.

The way I race I will never get a roadster..lol I should charge other toons to race me. I am a sure to come in last. What do ya say...10 percent of your winnings?

is the same as getting laff from cogs hq. its very hard and it akes a long time. just like 70 fishes everything that has bonus laff is something challenging.

Well, a win on the City Circuit nets you 900 tickets, so winning this track 17 times gets you a roadster. That's not bad!!
When I saw the winnings for City Circuit, I thought they were too high for the cost of karts/accessories, and I thought they would have to change it. I didn't realize they uped the price of everything. It appears there is no reason to run a race in anything but city circuit since it nets you the best profit. Popcorn aka Fireball googlenose |

Might not be a big deal deal for those who win but I'm usually 4th. 2nd if only 2 are racing lol. Guess this will go the way of sell hq for me I only just made holly for the first time and forget cfo. Ugh, I'm lucky to even get in the elevator and the reward is usually going sad. Ive needed 8 fish for a year lol. Guess I'm just not the dedicated player I like to have fun and usually get sidetracked helping others. Oh well I still love toontown.

My very first thought was, "Welcome to test". I'm sure they knew the prices from the beginning but how many of us would have been able to test the roadsters and TUVs if we had to pay that much? Seems to me it is getting pretty close to going to open now and the open players aren't going to know the difference...except of course the ones who come here *wink*
I am just glad I got my 10 races qualified and 10 races won before they changed it so I got to keep my trophies and laff boost .Well, I'm back to the dredge of destroying cogs for bucks and merits...that was a nice vacation. |

I think the biggest thing Disney is forgetting is that they designed this for kids - not adults and I guess they think since most are adults that play - we won't care if it's 1000 or 5000 for anything in Goofy's Speedway.
I do know this - my daughter won't play in Goofy's Speedway anymore since she was saving up for a Roadster and isn't anywhere near the amount of tickets the Roadster is now costing. I did a practice on the Circuit City track and there's no way I'm gonna wager a race on it since I stink at it and since I've tested all 3 tracks - there's nothing left to test - and with the way I feel about the merit system and bux - I'm sure if I check the prices of things in Goofy's Speedway - they'd get a nasty e-mail from me - trying to be as polite as I possibly can be regarding the stress they put on children to try and accomplish certain tasks. I'd like to know what 5 or even 7 year old is gonna think "Wow, only 10,000 tickets for *insert item here*!" with a grin and be completely ecstatic on spending hours upon hours trying to get those tickets. As an adult - I'm thankful I got my sell and cash suits complete and am very happy I got chosen to be in the test circle - and since all we are required to do is test out new things - that's what I've done and I've sent my comments, feedbacks, complaints and bug reports in. I will now wait for our next cog hq's to come out and enjoy all the fun my 3rd toon is having on open - the joyous brrrgh tasks til I enter the tedious ddl tasks. For my friends on test - it's been fun - and I'll see you around when something new comes out and needs to be tested. test toons: clearly confused and eyeneeda carrot |

You're sooo right! I mean, 15k tickets for a kart that goes like 5 MPH faster than the other ones. Why don't they make it so that better accessories and karts make you faster and have better control during the race.
