I am not sure if this is for test only people, but the test server is allowing people to sign up and here is the link https://account.toontown.com/webSignUpForTest.php , you do need a parent or parent password, so if you dont know it, ask for help from mom or dad.

It did not ask for my parent password. I put the login, and the password, then it just went to a new screen. The screen had the normal toon town things on the left, but said nothing in the middle. Is that what it was suppose to do? I don't want to miss my chance. Thanks

The first time I did it, I just got the blank middle of the screen, but I just re-did it not 30 seconds ago and it asked for my parent password, and then it showed the TOC and at the bottom it said Sign Me Up, then when I clicked it it went to the confirmation thing about you will receive an email, blah, blah, blah, so they couldn't have stopped accepting.
