new update:password & user name change

Has anyone read the release notes for today's update? If so what does it mean?

Your Test Server Account Name and Passwords have changed! Test Server Passwords will no longer be able to be changed. Be sure to remember them, keep them safe, and DO NOT share them with anyone!

Any ideas?

Evidently they deleted my account. Anyone else have that problem?

I doubt that they deleted your account Lizbeth - I was talking to a friend earlier about this and I received my email but she didn't yet. Give it till tomorrow, and if no email about that account, send them a message asking about it.

Regarding maxxing us out - I don't think so. Sounds to me like they are sick and tired of certain people who share their test account, then cry to Disney when a friend messes with it. I'm not saying that all the kids on Test do this, but I know for a fact that a lot of them let their friends 'check out' the new updates and then I see posts here at TTC that their friend messed with a toon or something along those lines. Now that we can't change our password, you better be real sure you trust whoever you give that password to.

Odd. I can't quite think of any reason they would have to change the password. Account name I can see, it might have gotten confusing for customer service or something, but locking passwords to something so random?

I asked for my passwordjust using the name_test, and it said the password was being sent via email, but still got nothing. When I typed my email and user name with the _test I was told there was no such account.
