Congratulations, you must have been one of first 10 members to get your order form back in. Ours arrived on a Friday, and we didn't get it back in the mail till Monday or Tuesday. I knew that was going to be to late to get the Blackberry. Oh well, there is always next year.

Hmmm, sounds like it's only a select few were given this. Maybe those who send in the most bug reports.

Well I got my e-mail with my info. I never did get the official we are changing it e-mail tho. Just a "We understand us toons can sometimes be forgettful. Here is your log in info..."

For those who have not yet received their new passwords. I have been emailing and calling everyone available for days now and still hadn't received mine. Today I called them AGAIN and told them that yesterday I was assured I would receive it in my email before the day was out. But I didn't. The young lady put me on hold and sent it while I waited....but I never received it. She then asked me if I had another email address we could try, so I gave her my hotmail one. It came through immediately.

Evidently it was a problem with my provider, and I have no idea what it might be. I am not using any spam blockers, I even tried turning off my virus protection and firewall. My granddaughter had not received hers either and she uses the same ISP. She received hers also when we provided a different email addy. The funny thing is I received an answer to both my bug report and the email I sent to disneyonline to my main email addy.


Anyway, this might be something to try for those who have been assured it is on the way and then never receive it.

They did it because everyone on Test automatically gets an account on Virtual Magic Kingdom, and they had to set up the accounts and passwords that way to comply with the new security system on VMK.
