MIssing Toons

Someone at Disney must have it in for me. I go away for 4 days and my toons are gone. Pedaltoon was all maxxed except for drop. Miss ChickenMouse had completed LOM and doing very well on task. I had lots of secret friends helping me and now can't find anyone. At this point in time, I'm a miffed toon and not a happy tooner. I have e-mailed Disney,got email back saying in will be looked into within 48 hrs. I call the toll-free number and reached Joe and had to leave a voice-mail message.
I started a new toon but got frustrated and closed the game.
Any suggestions on how to get my toons back ASAP??

Hopefully they will get that fixed within the 48hr time period they say. I recall Mac a while back had his toon deleted by his kid, on accident. And they were able to retrieve his toon. Thank goodness.

As for disney has it out for you, I think they got something against me too. I was on for 2 hrs the other night, and this might sound bogus but its honestly true.

Every single drop I used on one of my 100 toons missed. Every single one! Didn't matter if it was in a bldg or street. And if someone was gunna use drop, and I choose squirt or whatever, my squirt or whatever would miss, and their drop would work. I was so mad. I stoped playing for a few days to calm down.

Basically every gag I used missed.

You were right Spiffy, i got my toons back, took 2-emails & a phone call.

And thanks Cuddles for missing me. I was in a panic when my toons were missing. I went through PC withdrawal. And that is a terrible thing, lol.

And ya , I have the same trouble with lure....I'm having a heck of a time getting my lure to the next level when it misses all the time!!!
I've even tried stunning the cog with a hit first and it still misses.

[b]It took me sometime to learn, that the best way to level gags is to join a team. Thats what the friends list is for. I was a fool, and thought I can do it on my own, but after returning to the playground with my head down again and again, I learned my lesson, LOL ! Once I realized my mistake, it took me just a month and now I am on my way. If anyone needs help in this, please let me know. I too can help out. We can camp on any level and do it.
As time goes by, more and more I realize that nothing can be achieved single handedly. We all need each other, and believe me when I say, there are wonderful great Toons out there that help! There have been times when these low laffers have helped me !
It is so interesting to see them battle! They dont have the gags we have, and so they work together awesomely ! I have learned much from them how to fight the cogs when my sound gags finish.
Just the other day, I joined some low laffers in the factory. Guess what happened? LOL, I had forgotten to refill my gags ! I thought they will now boo me, and scream, "You stink!" etc. but to my surprise they did nothing of the sort. All I had was lure ! They kept prompting me for lure, and I kept luring. All they needed was for the cogs to be lured. They did the rest, to my amazement ! Ofcourse there were times when my lure did not work and we all got a thrashing, LOL ! By the time it was over, we were all at the brink of being thrown back to the playground ! It was such a joyous moment ! WE had won !

Choochoo makes a really good point! you know when i started out I did not know how to get my new squirt gag!! I was wondering how come I am not getting my new squirt? Tehn I come to Realize that I have to use more frequently in order to get my new gag.
You know I think that these tasks are not given to us so we could raise our toons strength, Rather our own mental experience on how to play. Sometimes we seniors make the biggest and most foolish mistake and the newbie's (Rarely)! Cover it up! Take what Choochoo said for example: about the lure and the factory. Now can you imagine they knew which cog to hit and with what gag! instead when I go with newbie's I lure one is hitting left one is hitting right, it makes no sense? but after hearing what Choochoo Has said and I agree with him!

I signed on also and my beloved Spunky Superquack was gone. It took a month to get her back. I e-mailed them constantly to which they never responded and I called twice a week and they just told me they'll do it within 48 hours. So hang in don't give up but I'm sure you'll get your toon back.

As much as I'm glad to hear that it has been fixed, I'm also glad that somebody else had this problem. I just logged in 10 minutes ago to find ALL 5 TOONS GONE. My kids toons, my wife's toon and my toon are JUST GONE.

Ironic thing is that I just managed to get the kids and wife's computer back up and running on the DSL connection last night. My kids were thrilled that they were going to be able to play toontown again. I better get the toons back quick, or I want 2 months credit. I finally got my hardwood pole the other night and needed one more species to get 30 fish.

ARGH!!!!
